Bathclin’s definition of "hot water quality" is the "smoothness" of the hot water. The "quality" of hot spring water is definitely different from that of water in which nothing is added, and is unique to hot spring water, which blends easily into the skin. The feeling differs slightly from hot spring to hot spring.
Our product developers visited hot springs in various regions of Japan to actually feel the sensation. The feeling of the hot spring water on the skin was expressed as faithfully as possible using the unique technology of us.

Each of the hot spring resorts scattered through-out Japan has its own unique atmosphere.
The streets, the atmosphere, the quietness, the steam, the clear air, the nature, the sound of birds singing, the murmuring of the river, the scent of the plants and trees, and so on.
The colors and scents of the hot spring water express the atmosphere and atmosphere unique to hot spring resorts.
We have carefully selected the most suitable colors and fragrances for each hot spring so that you will feel as if you are in the hot spring resort of the selected famous hot spring the moment you plunge yourself into the bathtub.

Time-consuming information gathering and research

Product developers not only experience the sensation of hot spring water by getting into a hot spring, but also collect data on the ingredients of each hot spring.
The "Nihon no Meito" is a bath additive, not a hot spring itself. However, we are committed to analyzing the data we collect, selecting the three most suitable ingredients for our bath salts, and formulating the ratio as close as possible to that of actual hot springs.
We also conduct repeated experiments and research on the effects on home bathtubs and the use of leftover water for washing clothes to develop products that can be used safely.
