The Key to the Perfect Bath

A leisurely soak in warm, not hot, water of around 37 to 39 degrees Celsius improves circulation, which benefits your body from the inside out. The heat opens your pores, allowing them to be cleansed, as dirt and old skin cells are gently washed away.

Top Tip

Water hotter than 42 degrees Celsius can take important oils out of your skin, which can lead to dryness. A bath additive with skincare in mind is ideal to prevent your skin from drying out.
